Submission Information
All building permit applications must be accompanied by a complete set of building plans (architectural and civil). Please submit plans in the following quantities; one (1) full set and one (1) reduced 11x17 copy. Electronic submissions are welcome in PDF or TIF format. Please call (765) 807-1050 if there are any questions on this requirement.
Plan Approval
Site plan approval is required prior to applying for a building permit. Allow 10 business days for review of a complete building permit application. Incomplete applications will have a longer review time. Within 10 business days, an applicant will be notified via mail if changes or additional information is required for approval. Please allow an additional 10 business days for review of any additional submittals. Once applications are approved, applicants will be notified by phone. Permits may be picked up at the Engineer's Office and associated fees may be paid next door at the Clerk's Office.
